Monthly Service Plans
Over the years I have found that in different situations we either like to be given the steps for us to complete ourselves or we just want the thing to happen. This is why, in addition to training or coaching, I offer a limited amount of hands on work.
Included hours can be used for content, consultancy, web development/migrations, hands-on SEO, or strategy.
All monthly service plans receive a 30% discount on additional hourly work and provide direct access to Chris for ideas, answers, and advice via email.
Shared website hosting is included but you are free to use whichever web host you prefer (with the backups and maintenance still being performed in addition to whatever your host offers) and I would advise you on hosting that is more appropriate when your needs exceed capacity or included features.
Each plan offers technical support, and I will often go in and fix something if it is simpler to do so rather than explain the solution, but I am not “on call”, so no midnight fire-drills please, and hands-on time beyond small tweaks will come out of your included or purchased hours only after your go-ahead.
