Not having a blog yet I found some good points and ideas to think about. I specially liked the 10 Instant Flagship content ideas. I had already thought of a couple but your list helped me focus more specifically on a particular area. I also found the Critical Success factors very helpful. I think you have the book well organized and it reads easy. I do agree with the comment about branding you need "you" branded on the ebook.
