I recall reading Andrew's entry when he posted it and thinking, now, if this was a horse race... I do have to admit to being particularly happy to see this prize going to a non-meta-blogger, too: for many reasons, not least of which is the high probability of loads of snapping-fresh ideas rolling out of the SOBCon confluence. Nothing like a musician to improve the social aspects of a conference, too. ;) Congratulations, Andrew - be sure bring a doggie-bag of goodies home to your blog, for those of us who can't make it to Chicago.
