Thanks so much for empathising with that challenge of mine. I really do believe that community is so 'little 'c'' right now, with the biggest rewards ripe for those who put people front and centre of all their social media strategies.

Whether we think we do now, or whether we hope we will, soon, the truth is that noone really ties together the very best of marketing with the very best of resonating with human emotion through social media to create a truly unbeatable strategy for online success.

But it's coming. And sooner than later, if the Summit can work its magic on me.
