Er, I’m a bit confused (which doesn’t take much!)

I signed up to the mailing list when it was first announced – prior to the link to the PDF being added to the success page – and I actually signed up to take a look at a sample copy before purchasing.

So, now I’ve subscribed and don’t have the PDF and I can’t resubscribe with the same email address (and understandably don’t want to subscribe twice) so still can’t access the PDF….
