@Richard - You have to work with people you like and trust, but also start small and work up to the bigger risks. The more you work with individuals the more you work out what they can handle, and the kind of people they are. At this point I would 100% trust the people I partner with but when you first meet of course you need to be cautious. You might be surprised how few times I have required any contracts, even though I hardly ever meet these folks in person.</description>

I have read plenty of stories about partnerships that have turned sour and the business has gone down the pan because the other party has taken something away that they shouldn&#039;t have.
