I can't really go into detail as it would be unfair, particularly on the good people who are still there and the excellent clients we had. Most of the negativity was actually within me - I hated the commute, I wanted to see more of my daughter, didn't ever really like having a boss, didn't like not being appreciated, the usual stuff that causes someone to go off on their own really. The longer I am away the more I see the good that I couldn't see while I was there but as I say, I hope I never have to go back to that life :) @Ashwin – good luck, I wish you every success, I hope to never go back :)
