I read a bit about adweber v's.... Which one should l use? ..sorry have smoke in my eyes atm ..your opinon appreciate..please give me a link... l liked your article on adwer ..what do you suggest?

@Les – Thanks, make sure you do read it

@Mark – I was wondering if you were inviting me to Bulgaria for a second there When I started DSLRBlog it was for a similar idea, I had just bought my 350D and was starting to learn and wanted to share my discoveries. It worked well, both blog-wise but also my own camera education was helped a great deal by explaining to others.

Chris,

Your going down a route here that I have been considering myself recently. Not a blog about stock photography, rather a blog about the journey of learning something new from the beginners perspective. One of the ways that I learn new stuff is to try and imaging how I would teach it to someone else. This also goes some way to re-inforcing my own knowledge of the subject. I think the whole concept has quite a different angle to it that is quite unique and I am sure will endear you to the readers who can relate to the steps in your journey from beginner to the enlighted. I’m certainly going to follow this one as I have myself in the last 12 months started down the Digital SLR route and am venturing of the ‘Little Green Box’ mode.

If you fancy a jaunt to some of the most photogenic locations around the Midhope Moors & Woodhead Pass let me know, might make for a good post on your new blogging home.

Believe it or not, I just dropped a few contracts and am musing dropping 2-3 more so I can put more focus on my own projects (as a long-term investment). I’m now down to 2 dailies, 2 near-dailies and one “X posts per month” blog
